Our Story

Who We Are

As demand for his skills grew, Mike built his team the same way he built his reputation—with family and hard work. Over the years, he brought in the next generation of craftsmen, each joining the trade at the age of 16:

Chad Wilson, Mike’s oldest son
Evan Wilson, Mike’s youngest son
Phillip Teague, nephew
Adam Teague, nephew

All were trained the old-school way—through hands-on work, close attention to detail, and the understanding that craftsmanship is something earned, not claimed. That same approach continues today and extends beyond the jobsite. Our pricing is firm because it reflects the experience, accountability, and care behind our work. We are committed to legal and ethical employment practices, with the majority of our team made up of W-2 employees and properly licensed professionals. We don’t rely on outside subcontractors we barely know—we work with a consistent team we trust.

Our primary owner, Mike Wilson, also holds the distinction of being a State-Licensed General Contractor (originally out of Atlanta). Although Texas does not require licensing, Mike’s advanced education and training allow us to offer an elevated standard of professionalism, planning, and execution.
